​​​Rosa Lee is a Deaf artist, creative director, and educator with more than twenty years of experience in visual storytelling, performance, and community-centered creative work. Her career has spanned ASL music videos, stage productions, film collaborations, cultural consulting, and leadership roles within Deaf-centered organizations. Across every project, she brings an approach grounded in clarity, intention, and lived experience.

As a creative director and consultant, Rosa Lee has shaped numerous artistic and educational projects, working closely with performers, filmmakers, writers, schools, and community organizations. Her work focuses on cultural authenticity, visual expression, and the power of ASL to transform how stories are told.

 

In addition to her artistic and consulting work, Rosa Lee is an educator who has taught ASL, creative expression, and ASL musicality across multiple age groups—from early childhood to university classrooms. Her teaching reflects her belief that language, rhythm, and self-expression are deeply connected.

 

Rosa Lee is also the creator of More & Only, a lifestyle brand rooted in intentional living, reflection, and everyday artistry, and Poundesk, a social-emotional learning toolkit designed for Deaf children and families. Both projects reflect her commitment to supporting emotional clarity, personal expression, and accessible learning.
